Sworn translation of the Ukrainian criminal record

We translate and certify the Ukrainian criminal record (довідка про несудимість) for work, residence and citizenship. It is often required recent.

It is needed for visas and residence permits, hiring, tenders, citizenship procedures, adoptions and registration with professional boards.

Specific to Ukrainian

  • Many bodies accept the certificate only if issued recently (often within 3-6 months).
  • The Ukrainian document is usually apostilled in Ukraine before translation.
  • We transliterate the name consistently with the passport.

What to prepare and attach

  • A clear, recent scan of the certificate, with stamps and signatures.
  • Any apostille or legalization from the country of origin.
  • The deadline by which you need it.

Delivery time

For a standard certificate we usually deliver within 3-4 working days. Note that many bodies accept the certificate only if recent (often within 3–6 months).

Stamp duty

Stamp duty normally applies, except for exemptions provided by law. We state the amount in the quote.

Validity abroad

For abroad we add apostille or legalization after the swearing-in, depending on the destination country.
