Sworn translation of the Ukrainian qualification

We translate and certify Ukrainian diplomas and qualifications (диплом) for recognition, enrolment and work. We take care of academic terminology.

It is required for title recognition, school or university enrolment, public competitions, professional accreditation and qualified job applications.

Specific to Ukrainian

  • For recognition you may need the Declaration of Value or CIMEA/ENIC-NARIC procedures: we guide you.
  • The Ukrainian qualification is usually apostilled in Ukraine before translation.
  • We also translate diploma supplements and study plans.

What to prepare and attach

  • A clear scan of the qualification (and any supplement/transcript or list of exams).
  • Any apostille or Declaration of Value, if you already have it.

Delivery time

Timing depends on the number of pages (e.g. study plans and exam lists). We give an estimate as soon as we see the documents.

Stamp duty

Stamp duty normally applies, except for exemptions provided by law. We state the amount in the quote.

Validity abroad

For abroad we arrange apostille or legalization; for Italy we guide you on the Declaration of Value and recognition procedures (e.g. CIMEA) where required.
